  Half of my claims are denied with this company despite the providers being in network so then I get bills in the mail all the time. The latest one they denied due to "not having medical neccissity." Turns out that lack of medical necessity ultimately helped to diagnose a serious problem and let me get the treatment I needed. Good thing that providers don't listen to these idiots. Plus, there is a serious lack of providers in network.

  This company represents the greedy, money grubbing societal issue that is eating our country and taking us back to a time that is dark and uncaring . Shame on you Qual Care sham on you Cigna. But what can I do as an American, quite my job? lose my retirement so that I can try and find another company that doesn't use Cigna? No, because as i have always told my employees don't go to the next job it may "appear" better that the grass is greener but......I'm sure there would be another money grubbing uncaring suit filled desk (who have no problems paying for their prescriptions for their family members and loved ones.) Dolling out what "THEY " think is the right medication/amount etc. I'm embarrased for our country and how is it totally controlled by big Pharmacy :( Broken hearted and defeated in Westminster
